We do not guarantee exact delivery time but will keep you updated once your order is on the way.

No Returns or Exchanges:

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged package, or a product that does not match your order

please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue.
We will review your request and offer, a replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.

Because we bake fresh per order:

• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
• After this window, the order is already being prepared and cannot be canceled.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 2-10 business days

Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but you can keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days and will stay insanely good

Want them to last longer?
In the fridge: up to 10 days
In the freezer: up to 2 months or even longer, we just couldn’t resist keeping them that long

Pop it in the microwave for 10–15 seconds and enjoy it warm, soft, and gooey

Use an air fryer at 140°C for 3 minutes to get a crispy outside with a soft center
