We currently deliver to:

  • Cairo (Sunday to Thursday)
  • Giza: Only on Mondays & Thursdays
    Please notice that the courier receives the order before delivery day (Ex. for Giza deliveries on Monday, the courier receives it on Sunday, but it still fresh and in great conditions)
  • No instant delivery

Delivery Time:

Orders require minimum [1 day] processing time depending on order volume.

It arrives 10am-8pm, we do not guarantee exact delivery time but will keep you updated once your order is on the way.

Please make sure of:

  • Your correct address
  • Answering the courier before delivery
  • Being available to receive your order

Currently we still don't have instant delivery (Same day)

All our cookies are freshly baked, homemade, and made to order.
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please read the policy below:

No returns available

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Damaged or incorrect orders

  • If you receive:
  • the wrong item,
  • a damaged package, or
    a product that does not match your order

please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue.
We will review your request and offer:

  • a replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.

Please note:

Refunds or replacements apply only to the affected items, not the entire order

Cancellations:

Because we bake fresh per order:

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • After this window, the order is already being prepared and cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 2-10 business days

Allergies:

Our cookies may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information or contact us before ordering (Check "Our cookies" website page to know more)
